Boise State Secular Student Alliance
BSSSA is a student organization of Boise State University. Our goals are to:
- Establish a home for, and foster acceptance of, secular students.
- Continuously educate ourselves, the student population, and the community with regard to scientific discoveries.
- Encourage critical thought with regard to all belief systems and philosophies.
- Continuously educate ourselves with regard to the belief systems and philosophies of others so that we may truly understand their arguments and speak from a position of knowledge.
- Present a positive view of atheism, agnosticism, rationalism, secularism, humanism, skepticism, and all non-religious worldviews to the community.
- Establish relationships with other related organizations around the world to share ideas.
- Offer debates, educational workshops, guest speakers, movie showings, a book club, open discussion, and social gatherings for Boise State University students and the surrounding community.
- Promote and practice the open, rational, and scientific examination of the universe and our place in it.
- Promote the view that ethics and morality can be meaningfully based on humanistic and rational values.
- Advocate for the separation of church and state.

This club is here to encourage in-person conversations amongst Idahoans with a naturalistic worldview. If you are free of belief in the supernatural, enjoy Reason and Science, and want to meet others with similar views, you are in the right place! We meet the first and third Monday of every month at 6:30PM at Papa Joe's Banquet Room (wheel chair accessible) near the BSU campus. |

West Valley Freethinkers
West Valley Free Thinkers is a secular organization which meets twice a month (sometimes more!) for group discussion, community, volunteering, and the occasional social event.
West Valley Free Thinkers focuses discussion around humanist, atheist, agnostic, freethought, skeptic, science, philosophy, and other non-theistic topics. All are welcome, regardless of personal beliefs, and we expect our members to come with a respectful, open and critical mind. |

Spokane Secular Society
Founded in 2008, the Spokane Secular Society is made up primarily of local atheists, agnostics, freethinkers, brights, humanists, heathens, and anyone questioning faith or completely without it. We are a social and activist group that supports education, skepticism, and evididence-based reasoning.
It is the mission of the Spokane Secular Society to foster a secular community in the Inland Northwest, to educate the community at large about secularism, and to be a positive influence within that community.
